Yard Maintenance Technician
CA - Alameda
They say that cleanliness is next to godliness, and the person we hire in this role will keep us close. This person will be responsible for doing everything within their power to keep our yard, buildings, and parking lot in pristine condition. And in doing so, you just might become one of the most respected and revered workers in the yard.
From the leaves that gather around the edges of the buildings, to the garbage that blows in off the street, to the toilets that need unplugging and cleaning...this will be your domain. Most work will be performed outside, so you should be one who can work through the rain, the cold weather, and the heat spells.
You will also have responsibilities for working around the tank farm, and you will be trained in this facet of the position.
You will have big shoes to fill since the current person in this role will be retiring after more than 20 outstanding years of work!

All new hires must provide identification to verify eligibility to work in the U.S., and they must pass a pre-employment medical exam which includes a drug screening and physical abilities assessment.
