Bay Ship & Yacht Co., the most interesting company to work for on the waterfront of San Francisco Bay, is seeking experienced candidates for its Pipefitter positions. Most of the yard’s projects, from small, quick turn-around jobs to major overhauls and refits, are supported by our pipefitters.
Pipefitter’s work includes (but is not limited to), the repair, modification and fabrication of onboard ship piping systems i.e. fuel, cooling, lube oil, gray and black water, fire main, potable water, exhaust, hydraulic and compressed air.

Ideal candidates will have marine industry pipefitting experience on the systems noted above or have a minimum of 2+ years of recent and consistent pipe work experience in an industrial environment.

Pre-Employment Medical Evaluation, Physical Abilities Testing, & Drug Testing Bay Ship & Yacht Co. is a U.S. Federal Contractor and is required to operate in compliance with current government standards and regulations. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment medical evaluation at the company’s designated testing facility. The medical evaluation will include a physical exam, physical abilities test and drug test for the presence of illegal substances including marijuana as it applies to the U.S. Federal Contractors, as well as a background/criminal check.
